OnlyPet Buddy is a pet companion robot you drive from your phone — not another pet camera waiting for her to walk into frame. Talk. Start laser or wand play. Core play has no subscription.
Drive to her
Open the app and go to your cat. It does not search the whole house by itself. If she’s already in view, it can follow. If she’s in another room, you take the wheel.
Play, don’t just watch
Laser in the app. A real wand on the robot. Timed 3-minute check-ins in the app — a short loop nearby, then it heads to the dock. That’s patrol, not tracking your cat.
Talk in real time
Two-way voice from work or the next room. 2K live view, photos, and clips. Last 3 days of cloud history free; longer cloud is optional.
Then it docks
After a session it looks for the charging dock. Keep the dock where the robot can see it. Tumbler body: if she knocks it over, it stands back up. Everyday indoor floors (about 11 mm thresholds, about 17° slopes). Open stairs: keep it on this level. 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

Connect Onlypet to the mobile app, then use 2K live view, two-way voice, remote movement, manual laser control, custom scheduled pet play, TOF obstacle avoidance, and motion-change capture from your phone.
02Does Onlypet require a subscription?
Core companion and pet camera features—including two-way voice, remote control, and manual laser play—work without a required subscription. Onlypet also includes free rolling access to the most recent three days of cloud recordings. Optional plans provide longer cloud retention.
03Which Wi-Fi networks does Onlypet support?
Onlypet supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. A stable connection is required for remote control, live video, voice, and cloud features.
04Does Onlypet record, and where are videos stored?
When the camera detects a change in the scene, Onlypet can capture images and video. It supports both TF card and cloud storage, including free rolling access to the most recent three days. Video, local recording, and cloud recording can be turned off in the app.
05Will Buddy find my cat by itself?
You drive Buddy through accessible indoor areas from the app. It can follow a cat already in view, but it does not search the whole home or find a cat hidden in another room. Keep stairs and drops blocked off: Buddy has no stair detection.
06How should I introduce Buddy to my cat?
Start with Buddy switched off and let your cat approach at their own pace. Try short, slow movements while you are home. Leave an easy way to move away, and stop if your cat seems uncomfortable. Every cat responds differently.
07How do I set up OnlyPet Buddy and share it with family?
Place the charging dock on a flat floor with open space around it, then pair OnlyPet Buddy with the iOS or Android app. Auto-return uses infrared and only works when the robot can detect the dock; it cannot reliably return from another room. Family sharing has no set member limit.
08What if Buddy is not a good fit for my cat?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Reasonable indoor setup and trial use are welcome; return Buddy clean and complete with all supplied parts. You cover return shipping for a change of mind or if your cat is not interested. For an approved defect, damaged delivery, or wrong item, OnlyPet covers the approved return shipping. Product is exactly as described. The app is pretty easy to use. The camera quality is surprisingly good.

I’ve been using Onlypet Buddy with my cat and really enjoy having it at home. My favorite feature is being able to check on my cat through the camera when I’m away and interact with her remotely.
The app is easy to use, and I love being able to move the Buddy remotely, talk to my cat, and see what she’s doing when I’m not home. It took her a little time to get used to it at first, but once she became curious, it was so much fun watching her interact with it.
It gives me extra peace of mind when I’m away from home and makes staying connected with my cat much easier. Overall, it’s a creative and useful product for cat owners, and I’m excited to see what new features and accessories they add in the future.
