Shipping destinations
Onlypet currently accepts eligible online orders for delivery to the United States, Germany, and Japan. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
Fulfillment origin and delivery estimates
Eligible orders for delivery to the United States, Germany, and Japan are fulfilled from U.S. warehouses.
- United States: standard delivery typically takes 4–5 business days after order confirmation.
- Germany and Japan: standard international delivery typically takes 7–13 business days after order confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. International delivery may be affected by customs processing. All estimates may also be affected by severe weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, unusually high order volume, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered to the United States, Germany, and Japan. The standard shipping charge is $0. Available shipping methods and any taxes collected by the store are displayed before payment at checkout.
Tracking
When an order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with available tracking information. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing carrier updates.
Address changes and delivery problems
Please check the shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has begun.
If tracking shows a delivery problem, or the parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated window, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
Returns
Approved returns, including returns from Germany and Japan, must be mailed to the authorized U.S. return facility specified by customer support. Do not send a return before receiving the exact recipient name and warehouse reference code. See our Return Policy for the 30-day return window, return-shipping responsibility, and refund process.
