How is the 1% calculated?
The commitment is calculated as 1% of eligible net product sales made through theonlypet.com. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, refunds and chargebacks are excluded from the calculation.
Which purchases are eligible?
Eligible product purchases placed through the official OnlyPet online store during an active program period are included, subject to the program details shown on this page.
When are contributions distributed?
Eligible net sales are calculated quarterly, and contributions are distributed after the applicable sales and return records have been reconciled.
Can customers choose the recipient?
Not at this time. OnlyPet reviews organizations and initiatives based on mission fit, accountability and the practical needs of pets and communities.
Is my purchase tax-deductible?
No. A purchase is a commercial transaction and is not a tax-deductible charitable donation by the customer.
