How long does delivery take?
U.S. delivery typically takes 4–5 business days. Germany and Japan orders ship from U.S. warehouses and typically arrive in 7–13 business days.
Do the robots work with pets of all sizes?
Our robots are designed for cats and small-to-medium dogs. Please check each product page for size recommendations.
What is covered under the warranty?
All TheOnlyPet products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us to start a warranty claim.
Can I return the product if it is not right for my pet?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, including after reasonable indoor trial use. Please return Buddy clean and complete with all supplied parts. For a change of mind or if your cat is not interested, you are responsible for return shipping. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately under our Return Policy.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours. We can cancel or modify an order only if fulfillment has not started. Once processing or shipping begins, changes may not be possible. Email support@theonlypet.com with your order number.
How do I track my order?
