Onlypet supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. A stable connection is required for remote control, live video, voice, and cloud features.
04Does Onlypet record, and where are videos stored?
When the camera detects a change in the scene, Onlypet can capture images and video. It supports both TF card and cloud storage, including free rolling access to the most recent three days. Video, local recording, and cloud recording can be turned off in the app.
05Can Onlypet help me stay connected while my pet is home alone?
Yes. Onlypet lets you view live video, speak, move through rooms, and start in-app play while away, giving you greater visibility and more ways to interact with your pet from a distance.

Place the charging dock on a flat floor with open space around it, then pair Onlypet with the iOS or Android app. Auto-return uses infrared and only works when the robot can detect the dock; it cannot reliably return from another room. Family sharing has no set member limit.
